Why did you start Your Wellbeing Weekly?

Soon after I began practicing with clients and writing about health issues online, I realised that there was far more demand for in-depth insights into health conditions than I could ever possibly meet through private practice. While my private practice continues, digitising information allows me to reach and help a lot more people than I would be able to otherwise.
