What to Expect From Working With Me

I have a structured approach to working with clients.

The first session is long-format at 1.5 hours or 90 minutes. The reason for a long initial session is so that we can work collaboratively to understand the underlying causes of you issues, and build a basic framework to begin to address them. This will form the basis of a self-care plan that you will implement over coming weeks. You will also be asked when booking to bring any existing recent bloodwork, testing, or genetic testing that you have to your first appointment. This will give me a head start on helping you and make the process smoother and quicker.

During follow-up appointments, we can then build in more layers and equip you with more tools to implement and execute your self-care plan, plus go through any additional issues that may arise through genetic testing or bloodwork. This can also be an opportunity to troubleshoot or answer questions that have arisen following the initial appointment.

While each patient varies in terms of their symptoms and initial physiological dysregulation, I would expect to start seeing improvements within 4-6 weeks from the initial consult so long as any interventions we have discussed have been fully adhered to.

I won’t ask my clients to do anything that they feel uncomfortable with or extreme. While it may be necessary to make some short-term modifications in one or several areas, this will be done with the goal in mind of widening your body’s window of tolerance so that you can fully participate in life.

My approach is based on the idea that the body has an inherent capacity to self-regulate and heal itself when it gets the right signals from the internal and external environments. What I will be doing is working with you on implementing simple techniques and strategies that you can comfortably sustain for the rest of your life to consistently maintain your health and wellbeing.

I work with clients experiencing nervous, immune, and endocrine system dysregulation to improve mental, emotional, and physical health outcomes by creating the conditions for the body to heal itself. If you have any of the following conditions, I’m here to help.
